All food is presented on re-usable, high quality platters.

All orders include serviettes, paper plates and disposable cutlery should you require it.

Hot drinks i.e coffee and tea are served in insulated airpots and include milk, sugar, stirrers & disposable cups.

We are also able to provide individual packaging if you require it

Please be advised, our products may contain or have traces of allergens, please request more information if you suffer from an allergy. Our products are made in the same kitchen, therefore we cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens.

Delivery is free for all orders over £500, within walking distance and during normal working hours. All orders under £500, outside of walking distance or outside of normal working hours will be subject to a delivery charge of £30

Collection of equipment if hired is made the same or following working day.

Collections are free if the order is either £500, within walking distance and during normal working hours. Orders that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a £30 collection fee. 

You can return the equipment yourself if this is more convenient for you and no collection fee will be charged.

When we collect the equipment, please make sure all the items are stacked together in one place and ready to be collected. If the items are not ready for collection and we have to come back to collect the equipment there may be additional costs for recollection and extended hire. 

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

You can pay at the shop in person or over the phone at 020 8986 9861. We also accept Purchase Orders (PO) 

VAT - will be payable on all items

All orders must be paid for in advance of delivery usually a month however if you do not know the exact numbers for your event ahead of time payment will be accepted a week before the event. Failure to do so will result in your order not being released for delivery.

A deposit will be held against loss, damage or breakage of equipment if hired. The minimum deposit is £25 which is refundable once goods have been returned to "Pierrette"  counted and checked for damage. The deposit will be returned when the hirer's payment has cleared and any adjustment for loss, damage or breakage has been made. Payments made with debit, cash or credit card will be returned the same way.

Once you have confirmed and paid for your order you can still amend the order. You can add to your order any time before the delivery date

You can only reduce your order if you give at least 72 hours notice. After this we are unable to take anything off your order.

If you have to cancel your order the below charges apply;

Less than 2 day’s notice – 100% charge

Less than 5 day’s notice – 25% charge

Over 5 day’s notice – no charge
